1. Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled. The renewal will be charged to the payment method on file. To avoid being charged, users must cancel their subscription before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked, through one of the following methods:

  • Navigate to "My Account" from the menu, select "Plans," choose your current plan, click "Change Subscription", and click "Unsubscribe."
  • By contacting our Support Chat for assistance.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refunds

Refunds are rarely provided and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We recommend reaching out to our support team if you believe you are eligible for a refund due to exceptional circumstances.
